City Council Meeting to Support The Arts Hub

We have just been informed that the City of Vancouver CFO is NOT recommending funding for The Arts Hub building in their Spring supplemental budget.

Our group has been using The Arts Hub as an audition and rehearsal space. It has become an invaluable place for us to develop the excellent quality theatre performances you’ve seen this past year. Our Artistic Director Gina George is going to be saying a few words at the next city council meeting to express how impactful The Arts Hub has become to our organization. Wear blue (in solidarity with The Arts Centered ) and come and show the city how much the arts are valued in our community!

We would love to see as many Starbird Theatre members and patrons there as possible showing their love and support for theatre and the arts in Vancouver!
