In Taoist and Qigong philosophy breath is just not air, it is a spirit- a prayer where the movement becomes meditation and we become the witness, an observer of the field. The space, the pause between the inhale and exhale is where we meet the Tao. The Qigong state is not just the state of deep relaxation but it is a flow state of activated energy centers. This flow state is what attunes one to Theta Brainwave and in this state one's own Awareness becomes the Medicine. We become less to become whole. As we become less, we are able to purify and harmonize our Heart's EMF which in return heals and harmonizes the collective electromagnetic field.
When we practice in a group Qi Field with a teacher, we are all equal. As a group's electric magnetic field harmonizes and forms coherence, we all experience the healing from this coherence Qi Field. The group's Qi Field affects collective consciousness healing as well. So one is reminded of one's sovereignty, autonomy and one's critical role in individual as well as collective healing. When we remember our own sovereignty we no longer seek medicines, leaders, saviors, answers outside of us. "I am my own medicine and I am responsible for my own frequency." We are able to rebuild our collapsed inner trust structure, gain inner clarity and discernment on all levels. In a group, it's not teaching but it is remembering. We are not co-creating, we are weaving together. We are not training, we are unfolding as equals with our own unique life paths. We are practicing not just for our own well being and happiness but also for the well being and happiness of the world.
This Qigong summer series is for those who are interested in the transmission of subtle energies, meditation state, coherence fields, healing, and as well as grounding ourselves - growing one's roots deeper. While one's presence and awareness ripples through the unseen. Witnessing the self as nothing, yet being limitless. We are not seekers in this field, we are the witnesses of our own unfolding. There are no names, no belief sysytems, no identities, no questions and we remain deeply rooted in mother earth, opening an invitation to Tao to breathe through us.
About the Qigong Guide
Syra’s is a dedicated Qigong practitioner who has experienced transformation through Qigong practice. Her own potential has unfolded in such unexpected ways as she continues to practice Qigong year after year. Remembering the echoes of the past lives, reclaiming the wholeness, grounding in presence, her sovereignty on her own path. Now co-weaving the healing with the community to help humanity move forward. Inspired, she brings to you a series of Qigong summer workshops so together we may discover many possibilities of Qigong and the Taiji Circle. Through breathing, meditation, movement, tapping, self- massaging, poetry and storytelling we will engage in Qigong and its infinite wisdom.
About Qigong
Qigong is Awareness. Remembrance of our sovereignty. Trust to forge our own spiritual paths.
Qigong is a 5000-year-old ancient Chinese self-healing and self-unfoldment practice, which has been validated by recent scientific research that it can heal and prevent not only physical diseases but also heal the mind. Healing the mind is important to heal the mind-heart connection for one’s overall wellbeing and spiritual development. Qigong is vast and infinite. The way we approach Qigong is by remaining open to its infinite and every possibility. When one’s mind starts to heal and mind-heart connection returns to nature, a possibility of awakening of our own inner “Buddha” is discovered. Simply to put, as Qigong starts working as one’s own inner medicine, one is able to step into the positive paradigm of developing one’s own innate and hidden human potential.
No prior Qigong experience required. This is a substance free space. Qigong when practiced with care under an experienced practitioner does not pose any health risks. Due to unique medical conditions, if you doubt your ability to practice Qigong, kindly seek your physician’s advice.
