In Qigong philosophy, Moon symbolizes the feminine principle, the Yin energy. Every month, Full Moon is an opportunity to practice Qigong and connect to the potent universal Yin Qi to enhance our own internal Yin Qi. In Qigong, Full Moon practice is to enhance our spiritual essence and beauty. Full Moon Qi brings balance, harmony and clarity with the ability to renew ourselves. When the mirror of mind becomes as bright as the moon; one can see the whole universe in a grain of sand.

“I am like the heaven, like the moon, like a candle by your glow; I am all reason, all love, all soul by your soul.” - Rumi

Syra Khan leads Flower Full Moon Ecstatic Qigong Women’s Circle with the intention to attend to and prepare our heart’s space for our heart’s blooming. When life leaves dirt/soil at our doors, what do we do? We become gardeners and plant the seeds we would like to plant! The dirt/soil is the gift of the Spirit. Just like a flower knows how and when to bloom in her timing, our heart knows how to bloom. The Gardner’s task is not to teach a flower how to bloom, but to prepare the soil and to provide the right conditions for her blooming. This Flower Full Moon we gather together to harness the energies of Luna to enhance our spiritual essence as well as to bring balance by uprooting what does not serve our heart’s garden.

In Qigong practice, Heart is connected to the Mind and Spirit. It is the Spiritual Center of our Being. It is connected to highly refined Intuition, perception and one's own Inherent Healing Capacity. A strong heart's spirit helps in forging one's own Spiritual Path.

• Toxins: 5 Emotions that weaken the heart
• Original Spirit: Knowledge & Understanding

The event will commence with the Ancient Taoist practice of infusing Universal Qi to our food. Syra will be preparing and serving a special recipe of Ceremonial Cacao with saffron and roses for the Ceremonial Cacao and also teach how to infuse the Cacao with the Universal Qi.

The event features a soothing 30-minute Sound Bath with Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls by Dalia Fernandez for a deep integartion of all that we have released and opened up to prior.

~*~

Qigong is a 5000-year-old ancient Chinese self-healing and self-unfoldment practice which has been validated by recent scientific research that it can heal and prevent not only physical diseases but also heal the mind. Healing the mind is important to heal the mind-heart connection for one’s overall wellbeing and spiritual development. Qigong is vast and infinite. The way we approach Qigong is by remaining open to its infinite and every possibility. When one’s mind starts to heal and mind-heart connection returns to nature, a possibility of awakening of our own inner “Buddha” is discovered. Simply to put, as Qigong starts working as one’s own inner medicine, one is able to step into the positive paradigm of developing one’s own innate and hidden human potential.

No prior Qigong experience required. This is a substance free space. Qigong when practiced with care under an experienced practitioner does not pose any health risks. Due to unique medical conditions, if you doubt your ability to practice Qigong, kindly seek your physician’s advice.
