Join us for an interactive workshop to deepen your understanding of our profound relationships with plants and the incredible gifts they offer!
Led by Zarah Martz, an experienced ethnobotanist and educator, this workshop will explore Indigenous plant teachings and provide valuable insights into ethnobotany. Zarah, currently the Acting Principal of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation School and an Adjunct Professor in the UBC Faculty of Education, brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to this engaging session.
You'll gain a deeper appreciation for the Indigenous connection with plants, and discover practical knowledge you can apply right in your own garden. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with the natural world in a meaningful way!
See you at the Orchard on Saturday, July 12th!
