Jeff Olson is a Seattle-based artist and educator with over 30 years of experience in studio practice, exhibition, and arts education. He holds a BFA and MFA and currently serves as Art Education Director for Royal Talens North America. In this role, he travels widely, sharing his expertise on the composition, history, and expressive power of artists’ materials. Olson’s artwork explores texture, colour, and technique, shaped by his travels across Europe, North Africa, and the Americas. His career bridges fine art and material science, offering a unique perspective that inspires artists at every level.
