We will gather to celebrate the life of a remarkable man, who will forever remain in our hearts and thoughts, always by our side. As many of you know, Michael was deeply patriotic. In his honor, we kindly ask that you wear red, white, or blue for the occasion. Light finger foods and drinks will be served.
With great love and heavy hearts, we celebrate the life of Michael Christopher Kwiecinski, who passed away on July 14, 2025, after a brave and unwavering battle with brain cancer.
Born on August 5, 1956, in Buffalo, New York, Michael was a devoted son, loyal brother, loving husband, proud father, and cherished friend.
He loved deeply, and his family and friends were the center of his world. He leaves behind his beloved wife of 13 years, Kathy; his two children, Christopher (Afton) and Anna (Kaylab); his grandson, Miles; four sisters, one brother, and a circle of faithful friends who became like family over the years.
Though cancer may have taken him from us physically, his spirit lives on. Michael embraced life wholeheartedly — making memories wherever he went, whether riding his Harley, out on the water, glamping, or simply spending time with those he loved most.
A celebration of Michael’s life will be held on August 16, 2025, from 4:00–6:00 PM at the Brandon Moose Lodge, 804 S. Miller Rd, Valrico, FL.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Michael’s memory to Pawlicious Poochie Pet Rescue or Golden Oldies Retirement Home for Cats and Dogs (OPKIT Kitty Sponsorship program)
