Centering Prayer - Thursdays 2:00 - 3:00 PM

Centering Prayer is a simple form of Christian meditation that can be practiced in community. It is a method of contemplative prayer in which one rests silently in the presence of God, focusing on inner silence and the absence of discursive thoughts. It was developed by Fr. Thomas Keating and based on experience in the Trappist monastic tradition.
