Are you curious about homeschooling but not sure where to begin? Or maybe you’ve already started and still have questions. Join us for a relaxed, judgment‑free Homeschool Informational Meeting designed especially for new and potential homeschooling families in Porter County and surrounding areas.
A group of seasoned homeschool parents will be there to walk you through the basics of homeschooling in Indiana, including:
Understanding traditional parent‑led homeschooling
Online schooling options
Hybrid programs like Classical Conversations and other local co‑ops
Homeschooling children with special needs or learning disabilities
Navigating high school, transcripts, and dual‑credit opportunities
Extracurriculars: sports, music, drama, and more
How some families successfully homeschool while working
This will be an open, conversational event where you can ask questions, listen, gather ideas, and connect with supportive parents who have walked this road.
