Girls on the Run Northwest Indiana invites YOU to our Spring 2025 5K on Sunday, May 18th at Valparaiso High School! 🎉🏃‍♀️ This isn’t just any 5K- it’s a celebration of confidence, friendship and fun!

🏃‍♀️ RUN, WALK OR ROLL - Register to participate and cross the finish line with joy!
🙌 VOLUNTEER - Help make this an unforgettable day for our amazing girls!
🎉 CHEER SQUAD - Bring your family, signs and energy to encourage every runner!

This year’s theme is “Go Bananas!” 🍌 So get ready for a day filled with excitement, encouragement and LOTS of fun!
