Fall Interdisciplinary Research Symposium

At Valpo, all students have the opportunity to engage in academic research – starting day one. At the Fall Interdisciplinary Research Symposium (FIReS), students of all majors and academic disciplines showcase their research to their classmates, professors, greater community members, and potential employers.

This year’s symposium will take place on Friday, October 31, in the Harre Union. Oral presentations run from 2:30–3:30 p.m., followed by poster sessions at 3–4:30 p.m. No classes will be held so our campus can enjoy this academic celebration. We hope you can join us, too!
