Monday Night Castlewood Run

Come one, come all, and join us for an exciting evening of fun in the best park around! For this week we have not one, but TWO guided options to complete your fitness goals!

Run some miles with Kyle before hanging out with the group at the pavilion!
Hike some trails with Kristen and enjoy all the sights of Castlewood!

To celebrate the end of our summer season we'll have fun afterwards to - FREE BBQ, and maybe an obstacle course?
Those who don't want to participate are encouraged to bring water guns to attack the participants.
