Saturday Morning Yoga Class @Manoel Island

Join us on Saturday morning at 9:15 AM on Manoel Island to explore the beautiful fusion of two ancient disciplines: Hatha Vinyasa Yoga.

🌞 What is Hatha Vinyasa Yoga? 🌙
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga combines the fluidity of Vinyasa, where movement is synchronized with breath, with the balance and strength of Hatha, representing the union of opposing forces—the sun (Ha) and the moon (Tha). This practice seamlessly integrates the body and mind through deliberate effort and focused breath.
During our session, you'll flow through vinyasas, hold asanas, practice pranayamas, delve into meditation, and unwind with relaxation techniques. Each movement is purposeful, enhancing both strength and flexibility while invigorating the body and calming the mind.

📍 How to find us on Manoel Island:
We'll meet in front of Manoel Fort 15 minutes before the class begins. After passing through the security gate, follow the road on the right-hand side next to the wall. It's approximately an 8-minute walk to our yoga spot.
