Step inside the historic walls of Fort St Elmo for a unique experience of breathwork and storytelling.
Where the past meets the present.
All ages, all experience levels and families are encouraged to come.
Join world-record swimmer and mindset mentor Neil Agius for a powerful evening that blends cutting-edge breathwork and personal storytelling.
Step into a transformative space where we discover how our breath becomes a tool we can use daily. An event to help us design our own toolkit to bring us closer to our goals and dreams.
During this immersive workshop, Neil Agius shares powerful breathwork sequences he developed through years of exploring the outer limits of human capacity.
These practices have been carefully curated to help you calm the nervous system, sharpen your focus, and deepen your connection to intuition and understand the value this holds for our own wellbeing.
Alongside guided breathwork, Neil shares stories offering raw insight into his life post breaking his second world record, what it means to him and why.
Families welcome: While parents take part in the breathwork, children will enjoy a hands-on activity created by Heritage Malta, supervised by their team. Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone will rejoin their families for the final breathwork session.
This is more than a workshop. It’s a chance to design your own internal toolkit for navigating challenges and chasing bold goals.
Come with curiosity.
