Amanda’s movement journey began with The Rocket, and after 12 years of dedicated practice, she now holds over 1000 hours of YTT in Rocket, Ashtanga, AcroYoga, and Breathwork. As one of the few authorized Rocket Yoga Trainers in Spain, Amanda brings her expertise in acrobatics, hand balancing, and breathwork to her teaching, creating a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
