About the event

Beginner Aerial Workshop
Join Rachel and meet our instructors as you learn everything you need to know to start your Aerial journey! This workshop is geared toward true beginners, or those that have not practiced for some time. We will start at the very beginning and build from there - with the intention that participants will feel comfortable in our Beginner 2 or Intermediate classes moving forward. This is NOT a teacher training, however - Yoga Alliance RYT's are eligible for 2 CEU's!
