VKK Jumppakurssi

Tervetuloa mukaan neljän kerran jumppakurssille.

Tiistaisin alkaen 29.4 klo 19.30-20.30

Muut treenipäivät ovat: 6.5, 13.5 ja 20.5.

Ryhmissä neljä koirakkoa

Kurssin hinta: 45€

Vetäjänä toimii koirien fysiikkaohjaaja ja koirahieroja Maarit Niemistö, KokoKoira.

Kurssi sopii kaiken ikäisille perusterveille koirille, myös pennuille.
Jumppa vahvistaa koirien kehon eri osa-alueita.
Hyvät syvät lihakset ja kehonhallinta vähentää loukkaantumisriskiä arjessa sekä lajitreeneissä.
Jumppa on myös ihanaa yhteistä tekemistä ja vahvistaa suhdetta koiraan.
