This journey is designed -for you women- to deepen your connection with the Earth Element and awaken the wisdom it holds within you.
We begin with an energetic reprogramming session, where we will uncover and explore the patterns and programs we carry as a group in this area of life.
This information is unique to our group and will guide the breathwork journey—where we channel and embody the Earth’s qualities: fertility, groundedness, stability, and manifestation—to awaken change within our bodies, minds, and spirits.
We will integrate through voice, toning, and sound to let the new energy that has been built up within us to take form in the shape of sound vibrations. By toning we open up the flow of energy from deep within to reach all our cells in a harmonizing way. By letting your voice be heard you come into deeper contact with your infinte wisdom, power and most of all - your nurturing body.
Experience movement, meditation, breath, and sound as we remember our ways back home into our bodies. We are ready to root into this autumn.
There will be a serving of cacao as we start our ceremony to help us to softly drop into our bodies.

About the space holders:
Fiorella Garibaldi is a Sacred Space Creator, international best selling author, Yoga teacher, Breathworker and retreat facilitator. She helps women connect back into their bodies, their hearts and their wombs, awakening their feminine expression, through ancient wisdom, intuitive energy work and embodiment practices. Her passion is for everyone to experience themselves as the true source of everything they need, empowering them to look within for answers, and to experience their full potential in every single moment.
Joline is a ceremonial spaceholder working from her heart to guide others into the present moment and the infine potential that is waiting there to be explored. Joline works with recovery therapy, yoga, mindfulness and soundhealing. Her passion is to reach out and show a way of living that is with more energy, freedom and contact within and between each other. Her love to sound and singing is one of the powerful tools she use to guide others with.
