When life feels stuck or out of balance, one of these elements is often blocked, overactive or depleted — and the imbalance shows up in our body, our energy, our emotions.
Too much emotion and we lose our ground.
Too little fire and we lose motivation.
Too much air and we get trapped in the mind.
Too much earth and we lose connection to the divine.

Together, we will move through an elemental journey using sound, voice, breath, meditation and movement – allowing your inner elements to come back into balance. We begin by drinking ceremonial cacao, helping you land in your body.
Then you’ll lay down and receive the sound journey in your own way.
This is not your average sound bath – this is an embodied experience.
A space to awaken your senses, balance your inner world, and reconnect with the forces that live within you.

About the spaceholders:
Fiorella Garibaldi was born in Peru, raised in Miami and currently living in sweden. She is passionate about awakening the fire within. She helps people connect to their bodies and feel alive.
Daniel Suurna is born and raised in Sweden, with over 26 years as a therapist helping people get out of pain. His biggest gift is his ability to read energy from people’s bodies and facilitate healing as a result.
Together we are MUNAY MEDICINE. (Love medicine). We share our gifts and practices in Sacred Spaces where our beloved ceremonial cacao is always assisting us, rooting us and guiding us into a deeper embodiment. We weave cacao, breathwork, somatics, sound and intuitive energy work in all our spaces.
Joline and Eric are intuitive musicians that dedicate themselves to the healing power of sounds. Their journey began in South America 2018 where they sat with native shamans in the Amazon jungle.
They have explored different paths in healing, recovery therapy, mindfulness and are weaving all their knowledge and work into their own wisdom and truth. They hold spaces for groups in ceremonies where sound and cacao is a part of the medicine to help people find their way back home to themselves. Their main values are presence, humour and love which is felt in all the spaces they create together.
