*Wat is Contact Beyond Contact?*
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is een dans- en helings practice waarbij de verbinding met onszelf en de ander centraal staat. CBC is een tool waarin we door middel van dans en beweging ons verbinden met ons lichaam, onze geest en ons hart. We oefenen met duidelijke intenties, leiden en volgen, innerlijke grenzen en jouw “ja” en “nee” voelen, waardoor er een authentieke verbinding ontstaat met jezelf en de ander.
Wil jij je persoonlijke ontwikkeling verdiepen door middel van dans en beweging? Wil je je vrijer voelen in de dans met jezelf en anderen? Een manier van communiceren ervaren die voorbij gaat aan woorden? Een diepere connectie met jezelf en de andere door dans en expressie?

*Facilitators*
De workshop wordt begeleid door Zeynep en Sanne.
Zeynep is een psycholoog en CBC Level 1 facilitator met een diepe passie voor dans en de kracht ervan om authentieke expressie, diepere verbinding en ware intimiteit met iemands innerlijke wereld te ontdekken. Haar eigen reis van het verkennen van innerlijke wereld door middel van somatiek en beweging - inclusief contact improvisatie, authentic movement en somatische therapieën - is transformatief geweest. Nu voelt ze een roeping om vanuit haar hart events te creëren waar anderen de vreugde, verbinding en heling kunnen ervaren die dans met zich meebrengt.
Dans is altijd al belangrijk geweest voor Sanne. Sinds een aantal jaar heeft ze haar dans verdiept door de ontdekking van ecstatic dance. Dans is voor haar een manier om expressie te geven aan haar innerlijke wereld, zichzelf te ontdekken en te verbinden met anderen. Ze heeft ervaring met tantric dance en is CBC Facilitator Level 2 en Integrative Somatic Arts teacher.
Samen creëren zij een veilige omgeving om te kunnen ontdekken, spelen, plezier te hebben en te verbinden. Iedereen is welkom voor deze workshop, ervaring met dans of CBC is niet nodig.

*What is Contact Beyond Contact?*
Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice that focuses on the connection with ourselves and others. CBC is a tool in which we connect with our body, mind and heart through dance and movement. We practice with clear intentions, leading and following, inner boundaries and feeling your “yes” and “no”, which creates an authentic connection with yourself and others.
Do you want to deepen your personal development through dance and movement? Do you want to feel more free in the dance with yourself and others? Experience a way of communicating that goes beyond words? A deeper connection with yourself and others through dance and expression?

The workshop is guided by Zeynep and Sanne.
Zeynep is a psychologist and CBC Level 1 facilitator with a deep passion for dance and its power to unlock authentic expression, deeper connection, and true intimacy with one’s inner world. Her own journey of exploring inner landscapes through somatics and movement—including contact improvisation, authentic movement, and somatic therapies—has been transformative. Now, she feels a powerful calling to create heart-centered spaces where others can experience the joy, connection, and healing that dance brings.
Dance has always been important to Sanne. For a number of years she has deepened her dance through the discovery of ecstatic dance. Dance is a way for her to express her inner world, to discover herself and to connect with others. She has experience with tantric dance and is CBC Facilitator Level 2 and Integrative Somatic Arts teacher.
Together they create a safe space to discover, play, have fun and connect. Everyone is welcome for this workshop, experience with dance or CBC is not necessary.
