Sound & Stillness is a small-group healing experience blending sublingual ketamine-assisted therapy with therapeutic yoga and immersive sound healing. Held in a supportive, well-held space, this journey invites deep rest, emotional release, and gentle integration.
You’ll be guided through:
– Therapeutic yoga for embodiment and emotional processing
– Grounding and intention setting
– Sublingual ketamine & sound bath
– Closing integration circle
This experience is ideal for those seeking emotional renewal, inner insight, and a somatic reset in the presence of skilled and compassionate facilitators.

This includes the event as well as a telehealth appointment with a prescribing provider to obtain your ketamine prescription. The cost of the ketamine itself (typically around $20) is paid directly to the pharmacy.
About the screening process:
All participants will complete a brief virtual intake with a licensed prescriber to determine medical appropriateness for sublingual ketamine. This appointment typically lasts 15–30 minutes and is included in the event fee. The prescriber will review your mental and physical health history to ensure ketamine is a safe and appropriate option for you. In rare cases, certain medical conditions or medications may mean this offering isn’t a good fit.
