SomaYoga Small Group

Press the reset button and join Michelle Herbst PT, 500 RYT, Advanced SomaYoga Instructor for a 60 minute SomaYoga Small Group. We will explore Somatic-based practices blended with traditional yoga practices to release long-held tension. The practice is subtle and aides in recovery relief and dialing down persistent pain states. Together we will journey through mindful movement, breath work will explore new ways of doing and being . The class is suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners. Please bring a mat.'
