Smoked Tri Tip
Good Butcher smoked beef tri tip with marinated tomatoes, garden chimichurri, and cauliflower purée


Fourth Course – Ebert Honey
Honey Lavender Panna Cotta
Lavender-infused honey custard topped with honeycomb and honey crumb crumble
