DSM Performance's Goal Setting Seminar for 2026 is officially on January 3rd at 10:00 a.m.
The seminar will include an active worksheet to follow as we present how to effectively set and pursue goals. Participants will also have the opportunity to create and share their goals with the community, helping us hold each other accountable to the actions necessary to achieve these goals!
DSM Performance's coaching staff will do a general nutrition overview before concluding the event in a potluck style breakfast. This will be a great opportunity to head into the new year with some positive, structured direction as well as spend time together community bonding.
This seminar is available to ALL DSM Performance members and high school aged Acceleration Iowa athletes.
The best way to learn and improve is together!
