Michelle Trautman is an innovative artist whose passion lies in creating captivating landscapes, vibrant abstracts, expressive florals, and dimensional works that push the boundaries of traditional art. With a fearless love for experimentation, she explores a wide range of mediums—including acrylics, watercolors, inks, foil, and textured materials—to craft unique and engaging pieces.
In her words: "My work is grounded in a deep curiosity about surface, structure, and perception. Each piece is the result of ongoing exploration and experimentation--layering materials, manipulating textures, and playing with reflection to create dimensional, abstract forms. These artworks are not fixed moments but evolving experiences that shift with light, movement, and viewpoint. I aim to invite viewers into a space of discovery--where what's seen on the surface hints at something more."
Her art is known for its originality and ability to transform any space, whether it’s a home, office, or commercial environment. Beyond the canvas, Michelle extends her creativity to handcrafted beaded earrings, greeting cards, and other decorative works, showcasing her broad artistic range.
When she's not in the studio, Michelle finds inspiration in gardening, nature walks, traveling, and spending time with loved ones. Her adventurous spirit and creative energy are reflected in both her artistic practice and her life. Michelle is also the creator of The Tree of Pride© and the founder of TheTreeOfPride.com
