ART & SOUL WORKSHOP 🌀 Get out of your head and into your heart.

Join us for a powerful morning of creative expression, reflection, and transformation at the Large Pavilion at Crystal Lake Park. This free community workshop is designed to help you reconnect to yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way—no art experience needed, just an open heart.

Through guided prompts, group sharing, and art therapy-inspired exercises, we’ll explore themes like:

✨ Self-concept: Who are you beneath the noise?

🕊 Detachment: What are you ready to release?

🌟 Visualization: Who are you becoming?

You’ll leave this experience with more than a drawing—you’ll leave with a renewed sense of self, purpose, and perspective.

This isn’t about being “good” at art. It’s about letting go of perfection, tuning into your emotions, and using color, shape, and movement to explore what’s within. You may surprise yourself with what surfaces.
