The Bill Pickett Rodeo celebrates and honors Black Cowboys and Cowgirls and their invaluable contributions to building the West. Enjoy entertainment for all ages, featuring reenactments, history highlights, and Western adventures. It’s an inspiring celebration of culture, history, and community — a unique chance to embrace and learn about the enduring legacy of Black Cowboy culture.
🥪 Bagged lunches are encouraged! Students may eat in their seats during the show. While concessions will be open, due to crowds and cost, bringing your own lunch is recommended.
