Vision in Stillness - Wellbeing Workshop
Let your vision board become more than just images—let it be a breath of calm. In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll be gently guided through somatic practices and shared reflection to help you connect with your inner self. Together, we’ll shape a visual sanctuary that speaks to your calm and clarity.

A mini retreat from the everyday. $60 afternoon tea included. Co-facilitated by Anita Edwards and Sarah Linehan.
