🔁 Games & Circuits Weeks – Structure, Strength & Social Fun
Our alternating Games and Circuit Weeks bring the best of both worlds — combining physical development with fun and friendship in a supportive, small-group setting tailored for people with disabilities.
📅 How it works
Each week alternates between two styles:
🏋️ Circuit Weeks
Participants rotate through stations focused on building strength, coordination, endurance, and motor planning. These sessions follow a structured, predictable routine and are fully adapted to meet each person’s ability level — helping build confidence through repetition and progress.
🎯 Great for:
Fitness goals
Following instructions and routines
Improving core strength and body awareness
🎲 Games Weeks
These sessions are all about social connection and movement through play. Think dodgeball, obstacle courses, balance games, and more — all modified to be inclusive, non-intimidating, and super fun. We focus on teamwork, communication, and applying movement skills in a relaxed, social setting.
💬 Great for:
Social growth
Communication and teamwork
Motivation and participation through fun
📏 Every 13 weeks, we run a “Measurements & Progress” Day
Optional assessments like beep tests, strength/flexibility checks, or goal-specific skills help participants see their growth. Progress reports can be shared with families or support coordinators, and we always celebrate improvements — big or small.
💡 Supports NDIS goals around:
Fitness and physical health
Social skills and communication
Emotional regulation and routine-following
👥 Small-group environment with trained, neurodiversity-affirming staff
🌟 Ideal for: Autistic individuals, ADHDers, and people with intellectual or physical disabilities
📍 All equipment provided – just bring a willingness to move and have fun
😅 And after Measurement Week, Jase has to jump in the next Circuit Week and sweat it out just like everyone else — fair’s fair!
