Tema Ull/Wool-Theme

Kl 11-15: Gårdens pedagoger arbetar med ull.
Kl 11-15: Ull och instruktion finns utställt på gården. Prova på att karda och spinna en trådstump!

Ull från får var ett viktigt material på vikingatiden och järnåldern. Ullen kunde tovas, spinnas, användas som tätning i hus, och mycket annat. Kom och lär om ullens betydelse för forntidens människor.

Wool from sheep was an important material in the Viking Age and the Iron Age. The wool could be felted, spun, used as a seal in houses, and much more. Come and learn about the importance of wool to ancient people.
