Union Pier Social and Neon Moon Gelato are teaming up to throw the ultimate family- and pet-friendly celebration for Pride Month — and you’re invited to our first-ever Puppy Patio Pride event!
Bring your pup, your people, and your Pride for an afternoon filled with music, treats, and joy in the heart of Union Pier, Michigan.
Here’s what’s on the leash — er, lineup:
Canine Cocktail Hour at Union Pier Social 2pm Kickoff
Start the party on the patio with bark bowls and doggy treats for our four-legged friends, plus delicious drinks for the humans! Enjoy a live DJ, community energy, and a special surprise guest appearance to kick off the fun.
Then, head next door to Neon Moon Gelato at 3pm for:
Fresh artisan coffee & sweet treats and gelato
Pup cups for the dogs
Lawn games and family fun
A whole lot of community love
PLUS:
Dress your dog in their most fabulous, flamboyant, and Pride-filled costume for a chance to win Most Prideful Puppy in the new beautiful Neon Moon Gelato Patio Space!! Strut your stuff on our puppy runway and let your colors fly — all species of fabulous are welcome.
AND — we’re proud to raise money and awareness for the It Gets Better Project
This incredible nonprofit uplifts LGBTQ+ youth around the world by sharing inspiring stories and building a supportive online community. The mission is simple but powerful: to remind young people everywhere that life gets better — and they are never alone.
Donations will be accepted on-site, and a portion of the evening’s proceeds will go to supporting this vital cause.
This is a free, family-friendly event open to all.
