Drum Circle - Music for Wellbeing Series

Music making is a great way to stay active and healthy! Group music making has been shown to have many positive effects on a person’s wellbeing. Group drumming has been shown to create a feeling of community, amongst many other positive outcomes! Best of all…IT’S FUN!!!

Come join us for a 60-minute interactive, facilitated drum circle with a primary focus on wellbeing, inspiration and community! Bring a friend or meet new ones! Best of all…did we say it? You will have FUN!

(Under 16 must be accompanied/supervised by a paying adult).
