Ever wanted to Try Breathwork ? Come And Join me for My Meditation 🧘 & Breathwork class on Saturday 12th July 4pm at Umina Beach Yoga Studio 🧘 Cost is $5 being a donation to the Women’s Resilience Centre. Learn some simple practices that can help you intergrate mind and body feeling a deeper sense of calm using the breath.
