What is the concept of No Self?  
What if the self you have been striving so hard to repair was never real in the first place? 
The principle of Anatta, or “No-Self,” is one of the most profound yet often misunderstood teachings of the Buddha.  
The Buddha's teachings are designed to help us transcend the illusion of the self and achieve a state of non-self. In Buddhism, the terms “self” and “no-self” are frequently used, making it essential to comprehend the essence of this no-self, “Anatta,” even if only initially as an idea because the core of the Buddha’s teachings relies on this concept. 
In this teaching, Buddhism stands apart. No other spiritual teacher has articulated the concept of no-self in this particular way. Because it has been presented in this unique manner, it becomes possible to discuss and examine it. Although much has been written about no-self, true understanding comes only through direct experience.
