Community Monthly Meditation

The last Sunday of every month is our Community Dharma gathering! Join us as one of our Sangha members gives a Guided Meditation, Dharma Talk and Discussion In the meditation class, you will be instructed on sitting properly, preparation for practice and engaging in short rounds of meditation practice. The monthly meditation sessions are a great introduction to the 8-week calm abiding meditation courses. Enjoy the positive benefits of sitting with others in meditation Morning tea is provided after teaching All welcome! Seats are limited so bookings are essential.
