Calm Abiding meditation serves as the foundation for all other practices within Tibetan Buddhism. The practice can bring us increased focus, peace of mind and so much more. Meditation has a proven record in its ability to improve health, awaken happiness and give a clear perspective on life. It enables you to identify the real causes of unhappiness and recover from stress, anxiety and tension. It is a very important skill to develop in these difficult times. The course is suitable for those wishing to learn, deepen or renew their understanding of the Buddhist Teachings on Meditation practice. * Those that have previously completed the Calm Abiding Course are welcome to book in for complimentary single classes (see dates below). This course will be led by Dr Lan- Hoa Le, who has years of experience teaching the course. Cushions or chairs available
