Info and chat - Sleep!

We are catching up for a relaxed info and chat at the Aboriginal Health Service, 34 Alexandra Rd, Ulverstone.

Whether it's night waking or daytime naps, our baby's or toddler's sleeping patterns are often a parenting hot topic. Join our info and chat session to share challenges, strategies and experiences.

You will be warmly welcomed whether you come along regularly, or if you haven't been before

Find us in the training room out the back - a lovely, warm, pram friendly comfy space. Feel free to bring a plate to share, tea and coffee are provided.

A small plate of morning tea to share is always appreciated if you have the chance, but if not be sure to join us anyway as there is always enough.

There will be a breastfeeding counsellor available for breastfeeding drop-in support. Looking forward to seeing you all there. 🙂
