Tickets to this event get you one hand-crafted bowl by a local artist, one bottle of wine or a pack of beer, delicious soup, and a tri-tip dinner with all the fixings for two!

The annual Empty Bowls dinner is our signature fundraising event. This year, we will be doing it Drive-Thru Dinner style!
This dinner is an actual ‘Meals on Wheels,’ you could say. It features locally hand-crafted bowls, homemade soups, and a tri-tip dinner with all the fixings! Plus, your choice of local beers and wines. A vegetarian option is available.
This event sells out each year, so purchase your tickets early. All proceeds support Plowshares' programs, which help fulfill our mission of “that no one in our community go hungry.”
Plowshares is almost entirely community-supported, transforming donated food, supplies, volunteer power, and cash revenue from our generous community into sustenance for our vulnerable community members. In the 2024/2025 Fiscal Year, Plowshares provided over 102,250 meals to those in need.
We are excited to say that Plowshares is still going strong and continues to be open 7 days a week, providing hot, nutritious meals to our dining room guests and our Meals on Wheels seniors 365 days a year. Your donations and support of the Empty Bowls event make these programs possible and support our work of compassionate service.
