What to Expect
Gentle, grounding yoga to open the body and calm the mind, followed by a rejuvenating sauna session to release, restore, and rest.
This 90-minute ritual invites deep rest, connection, and nourishment.
You’ll also have the option to enjoy a refreshing cold dip and relax by the fire, creating a full-circle experience of heat, cold, and community.
Please bring a towel, water, and wear comfortable clothes for yoga.
