Wanna get fit? Strong? Normally with a pint after or just get away from the kids for a little bit... come and give ladies rugby a try!!

Rugby is for all!! Tall, short, large, small there is a place for everyone on the pitch! You are never 'too unfit' Not many sports build your confidence, strength and friendships all in one go. Come and give it a go with a fun, inclusive day (hopefully in the sun) No experience necessary
