In Vastu Shastra, the Vedic science of architecture and design, the home can build, shape, and mold a person as much as diet, lifestyle, and sleep. This workshop will highlight Vastu basics, like which direction to face your desk or bed to maximize energy and output, how to design a space for maximum flow of prana, and much more.
Bio:
Michael received his Bachelor's Degree from Florida State University and is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner from Southern California University of Health Sciences. He completed his meditation teacher training at UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), and is a certified mindfulness teacher through the International Mindfulness Teacher's Association (IMTA). He spent 20 years between New York City, Los Angeles, and Koh Phangan, Thailand, and is now based in Ubud.
