This 100hr Somatic Trauma Integration Teacher Training provides a comprehensive understanding of the impact Trauma has on our Brain, Nervous System, Psyche & Health.
Teaching potent Somatic Practices birthed from Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing Therapy, that support embodied trauma integration, & that can be utilized in private or group facilitation settings so that we may become more trauma sensitive facilitators & learn how to effectively create and cultivate safe, professional containers and spaces of profound healing and transformation.
Our highly experiential curriculum combines the daily practice and exploration of Somatic Experiencing Techniques, Trauma Informed Yoga, Embodied Unwinding, Embodied Presencing & Somatic Self Regulation.
Alongside daily education in understanding Trauma & its impact on the nervous system via lectures, dyads, group discussion, and self inquiry.
