Anand, an internationally certified Yoga Master Acharya (ERYT500) trained at the tranquil Sivananda Ashram in India, brings a wealth of expertise to his teaching. As a Level 2 Mysore Ashtanga Yoga Practitioner under the guidance of Vijay Kumar in Mysore, he inspires students to explore the depths of their practice.
