Join us at the Northern Blair Senior Center and learn how to make this cute wreath! Participants must bring their own grapevine, rattan or foam wreath. (Participants may bring their own flowers if they wish). Free to anyone 60 and over. Call 814-684-7853 to reserve a spot. Class size is limited.
