Grab your bestie & your water bottle & meet us at Fitness In Training this Thursday to join us in a gentle warm up & embodiment practices, some fun across the floor time, & learning a group routine to PURE / HONEY that will have you unleashing alllllll your sensual vibes!!! We end every class by cooling down & thanking/honoring our bodies for the way they move & carry us through life.
