Great Expectations Birth Class

Bring your coffee, 2 pillows and a blanket and come learn all you need to know to have wonderful birth!
We will practice comfort measures and movement, learn the stages of labor and what to do, pushing for your pelvic floor, your first moments after birth and more!
Cost is $150 and includes a workbook.
