This special class blends gentle, mindful movement with the healing vibrations of live sound throughout the entire session. As you flow through grounding and heart-opening postures, you’ll be enveloped in the soothing tones of:


Crystal singing bowls – to harmonize and balance your energy

Ocean drum – to evoke a sense of calm and rhythm with nature

Hand drum – to connect with your root and inner stability
