Hosted by Twin Lotus Yoga, and guided by guest facilitator John Stolfe / @johnstolfe / @upbeatwellness —a rhythm wellness expert and lifelong percussionist.

This community drum circle invites you to ground your energy, release what no longer serves you, and awaken your joyful spirit.

No drumming experience needed—just bring your open heart, your curiosity, and get ready to have FUN!

Drums and instruments provided or feel free to bring your own!

Event will be outside on back patio if weather allows. If not, we will be in studio.
