Fitness For Hope Free Classes Weekend

What is Fitness For Hope? A weekend of movement, remembrance, and hope — uniting fitness communities to inspire hope and raise funds and awareness for suicide prevention in memory of those we’ve lost.

412 studios have said yes or maybe to Fitness For Hope 2025.

Gyms and studios across the country host donation-based fitness classes at their location. Participants attend classes to move in honor of those we've lost and to inspire hope. All proceeds go to suicide prevention foundations making an impact.
