Participants learn and practice how to "sing" the Crystal Bowls and the Himalayan Bowls, and use them for self-healing and with friends.
No previous experience or knowledge of sound therapy or singing bowls is needed.
Venue: beautiful ETNA Community Centre (free parking & easy transit)

Enrolment is limited to 6 so that there is space to explore, interact, and ask questions.
Topics include:
Playing techniques – learn how to “ring” a bowl for different effects, use various mallets and wands
Physical, mental, spiritual connections
How to pick and purchase a bowl
How to use for self-healing and with family and friends
Myths, truths, science
3 HOUR CLASS:
Learning - the how's and why's of sound bowls for healing and wellbeing, hands-on practice and exploration
Short Break - tea and nibbles and chat
Practical - treatments on self and each other
Closing sound healing session by me, if time permits
PLUS (optional) : Post-class hang out on the deck for de-brief and chat time
All Bowls and Mallets are provided, and feel free to bring your own as well!
