Stretch, breathe, and bond—with puppies! This special $25 yoga session will guide you through 8 intentional poses, each designed to ground your body and uplift your spirit—all while surrounded by adoptable pups from Palms N Paws Animal Shelter.

Stay after for a 15-minute open house puppy play session, open to anyone interested in adoption—even if you don’t join the yoga.
